Return & Exchange Policy

At LOKAH:, we take pride in offering high-quality clothing and accessories that reflect comfort, style, and sustainability. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 7-14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Accessories, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and promotional reasons.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Email us at lokahcircle@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility).
  3. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method, or store credit will be issued upon request.

Important Notes

  • Refunds do not include shipping charges.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
